So, I've suffered long enough because of the super sucky internet connection. Imagine, 3 weeks! 3 weeks of unbelievably terrible connection! I'm not really a heavy internet user, I hardly download any songs and nowadays I'm so lazy that I didn't even load any YouTube clips [okay, maybe one or two] Still, without internet, my life is miserable! Haih, modern-day sickness lar =S
Two days ago, I got my bill from maxis and was shock to see that the amount I have to pay is double of what I usually pay. So, apparently, they thought I didn't pay last month. The problem is, the last time I paid is on 1st August! How can that happen at all?! Now, I understand why I had 3 weeks of crappy connection. =S Fuming, I dug out all the receipts and finally found the one for Maxis and went to their center after work today.
With the look on the staffs' face, I knew it's their fault! But they keep insisting that they have already key in or something like that lar!! But they can't even look into my eyes for 10 seconds! *geram* They can't even admit it's their fault and I have paid for nothing! And FYI, I'm still having a super unstable turtle-speed connection now! I really beh tahan! I'm going to send a complaint email tomorrow, with the better connection somewhere else!
Let's see what they're going to do! >.<

Maxis is always suck!! I have the same experience too!
in the beginning stage, everything was good! maybe it's really the payment problem, i donno. thank god that it seems to go back to its normal self again today! or else, i'll need to pull my hair again!! >.<
